POLEN REALTY MEDIA was founded in Accra on a simple observation: developers were building world-class projects and marketing them with phone snapshots and cold ads. The result was wasted budgets and empty showrooms - while serious buyers, at home and across the diaspora, couldn't find the good projects at all.
So we built the missing piece: a media company with its own distribution.
